Refund policy
Refund & Return Policy
We accept returns only in case the product is damaged during delivery.
To be eligible for a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product.
Food products once opened cannot be returned.
If the return is approved, we will either:
• send a replacement product, or
• issue a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
